It may be my favorite flower, but…

Tonight during the live stream I started and frogged a pattern that I have been looking forward to for awhile. The Daffodil. They are my favorite, and somehow I have managed to grow them since we moved to Socal, but knitting them was… not fun. And it should be fun. Knitting can be challenging for many reasons. Perhaps the pattern isn’t well written (this was not the case, although I did have some notes). Maybe your needles are too big or too small or you just aren’t getting the gauge you want.

Sometimes the technique isn’t your favorite or you just aren’t in a knittng kind of mood. Whatever your reason, there’s nothing wrong with DNF (do not finish). some projects are just like that. Its way better to find something you love making. Make it once or 1000 times, as long as it makes you smile.

Now if you’ll excuse me, there’s a project that makes me giggle.
